This permit is to camp in the FRONT or BACK DRY camping area. No utilities are provided.
Dry Camping $45.00 This is for DRY camping in our front or back designated areas. This is not a camp site and utilities are not provided.

NCW Fair Campground Rules and Regulations

To ensure a positive and safe campground experience, any camper found violating a regulation may be subject to dismissal from the campground and loss of campground privileges in future years. The campground is intended to accomodate fair participants and patrons during the NCW Fair each year. By using the areas for recreation vehicle parking/camping you agree to the following rules:

  • Reservation fees based upon site chosen for your stay, must be paid in advance.
  • Your use may not exceed the duration of the NCW Fair
  • Campsite are only rented to people over 18 years old
  • Campsites are non-transferable
  • Vehicles not parked according to campground regulations will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Keep noise to a minimum. Excessive noise causing disturbance to other campers is not tolerated.
    Official Campground Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to sunrise.
  • You may not use your air conditioner units during the Fair in front lot spaces or back lot spaces. Z 1-14 may use thier a/c units.
  • Your assigned space must be kept clean and neat. Garbage and litter may not be accumulated. Please place trash in the provided garbage recepticles.
  • You may only use your assigned space for your RV or campers. Parkign in or use of any other space is prohibited even if it appears that the space is open. Excess vehicle MUST be parked in the fair parking lot area. Recreational vehicle tip-outs may only be extended if the tip out does not extend past the assigned space and leave suficient space for neighboring users to get in and out of theirs comfortably.
  • Children must be supervised at all times. Children may not be left unsupervised in any recreational vehicle or at any campsite. There must be atleast one authorized supervising adult staying with the children. Children may not play in or around other campsites or fairground property. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by your children.
  • You are responsible for your guests, their children and pets. Your use of the area may be immediantly revoked if your guests, their children, or pets violate our rules.
  • The speed limit during the NCW Fair is 5 MPH.
  • Dogs other than service animal or show animals are not allowed on fairgrounds property during our event. All dogs must be kept inside your recreational vehicle. Dogs may not be left tied up outside your recreational vehicle or at your campsite unsupervised. Dog droppings must immediantly be picked up and disposed of. Continous barking, aggressive behavior or failure to the above rules related to does will result in immediant revoke of your use of space. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your dog.
  • You may not place freezers, refridgerators or other appliances outside your recreational vehicle or camp space.
  • You may not use your area to repair a vehicle
  • Use of open fires, wood fire pits and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Only self contained gas grills or fire pits are allowed.
  • The Fair does not provide security at the recreational vehicle and camping areas. You assume all risks of loss, damage to, or destruction of your vehicle(s) and other property, including loss of use resulting therefrom, whether by fire, explosion, theft, vandalism, the elements, collision, or acts or omissions of the County or the Fair, their employees, agents and volunteers, or resulting from any other cause. You waive all claims of subrogation by your insurance companies. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the County and the Fair, their appointed officials, employees, agents and volunteers, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses for any bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or any damage to or destruction of property, including the loss of use resulting therefrom, which are caused in whole or in part by your act or omission or caused by the use or condition of your vehicle(s).
  • If your use of the recreational vehicle area or camping area is revoked, then you must immediately remove all motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, tents and other property. Motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, tents and other property not removed immediately will be involuntarily towed/removed and impounded at your expense.
